Refund policy

Changes & Cancellations

Changes to your ceremony (date, time or location)
If you need to make a change within 1 month of your ceremony date, a $100 administration fee will apply.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies:

​

  • More than 12 months’ notice:
    You’ll receive a refund of 65% of your total ceremony fee

​

  • Between 4 and 12 months’ notice:
    You’ll receive a refund of 32.5% of your total ceremony fee

​

  • Less than 3 months’ notice:
    Unfortunately, no refund is available

A quick note about your booking fee
The 35% booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it secures your date in my calendar and means I may turn away other couples for that time.

All refund amounts above are based on the total ceremony fee, not just the amount paid to date.
